Journal Writing10: Reply letter

Dear Dad,

Marmee has read your letter to us. I am very sorry that I think too much about my looks. I am sorry that I hate working. And many many SORRY. I won't do those anymore. We won't let you disappointed.

I hope the war will end soon so you can came back.

Your little woman,
Meg.

Erik, perhaps using the present participle "working" is better than using the to-infinitive "to work" as the object of "hate".

I'm also confused about how you "won't let you disappoint". What does this mean? I will be disappointed if you don't tell me!
